Concierge, a genre-defying psychological horror puzzle game developed by KODINO and published by Digital Tribe Games, is set to launch on September 17, 2025, exclusively on Steam. The game invites players into a disorienting and abstract world, challenging their perceptions and puzzle-solving skills.

In Concierge, players awaken in a snowbound, decaying hotel with no memory and no voice. Armed only with a malfunctioning camcorder, they must navigate six surreal, nonlinear realities, each with its own unique tone, mechanics, and narrative. The camcorder serves as a crucial tool, allowing players to perceive hidden elements, uncover clues, and solve puzzles that are otherwise invisible to the naked eye.

Drawing inspiration from games like Yume Nikki, Who’s Lila?, and Iron Lung, Concierge emphasizes exploration and intuition over traditional hand-holding. The game features no tutorials, encouraging players to trust their instincts and delve into its mysterious world. Each room within the hotel is designed as a dramatic act, filled with symbols, contradictions, and hidden chapters of the player’s story.

Yan Boente, co-creator at KODINO, explains, “We wanted to make Concierge truly unpredictable and mysterious in a fundamental sense, not something for people who know exactly what they want in a game. We want players to walk a blurred line between anxiety and curiosity, and to explore this abstract, disorienting world out of a sense of intrigue, not obligation.”

Concierge offers a unique blend of horror and puzzle elements, promising an experience that challenges both the mind and the senses. Players can expect a game that is as mentally engaging as it is unsettling, with each playthrough offering new discoveries and interpretations.
