Delta Force Breaks Steam Concurrent Player Record Following Console Expansion

Tactical first-person shooter Delta Force, developed by Team Jade and published by TiMi Studio Group, has achieved a major milestone on Steam, surpassing 213,000 concurrent players. This marks the highest player count since the game’s initial release on December 5, 2024, reflecting a surge in interest following its expansion to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on August 19, 2025.

The game’s popularity continues to grow, with Delta Force maintaining a strong presence on Steam. As of September 8, 2025, the title recorded approximately 111,000 concurrent players, a 24-hour peak of 209,000, and an all-time high of 213,519 concurrent players on September 6. Despite these impressive numbers, the game holds a 60.6% positive rating on Steam, based on over 138,000 reviews.

Delta Force offers a free-to-play multiplayer experience with three distinct modes: Warfare, Operations, and Black Hawk Down. Warfare mode delivers large-scale 32v32 PvP combat featuring a variety of vehicles and tactical gear. Operations mode provides an extraction shooter experience, sending players behind enemy lines to secure valuable items and extract safely. Meanwhile, Black Hawk Down mode remakes the classic campaign, allowing players to relive the events of the 2001 film.

Team Jade has announced plans for future content updates, including additional seasonal events and gameplay enhancements, aimed at sustaining player engagement and cementing Delta Force’s position in the competitive shooter market.
